A coat of arms is usually granted, certified, registered or otherwise recognized as belonging to one individual alone, and that only his direct descendants with proven lineage can be recognized as eligible to inherit the arms.
Thus finding or ordering a 'Wingrove' coat of arms does not prove your line of descent or connection to the individual who first registered the Arms.  If you can prove your descent from the original bearer then you might be able to claim it as YOUR family coat of arms.
